How does the 30-day free trial work?
Your trial gives you full access to all Fresh Fire features for 30 days. At the end of your trial, you’ll be automatically billed based on the plan you signed up for.
How is active user count determined?
Active users are those who engage with Fresh Fire during the billing month by completing a bible reflection, finishing a challenge, or sending a message in the app. Only active students count toward your monthly billing. You’re only charged for users who actually use the platform.
Do all plans have the same features?
Yes! All Fresh Fire accounts have access to the same great features, regardless of your ministry size. The only difference between plans is the number of users you can add. We believe all youth ministries deserve access to the same powerful tools.
Should we start with our whole youth group?
We recommend starting with a small pilot group of students and leaders to get a better understanding of Fresh Fire before launching with your entire youth group. This approach allows you to learn the platform, develop best practices, and gather feedback.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You’ll actually pick the plan you think you’ll fall into after the free trial. If you fall into a different one, you’ll be able to update accordingly.
What if I’m concerned about the price?
We get it—most youth ministries are working with tight budgets. Our smallest plan is less than the cost of two people going to Chipotle, and we want Fresh Fire to be accessible no matter your youth group size. You’re only billed for active students each month—students who actually engage by completing a Bible reflection, finishing a challenge, or sending a message in the app. You’re not paying for students who never log in. If budget is a concern, we can work with you. We don’t want cost to stand in the way of better tools for ministry.
